* Three 1″ high layers 6″ x 9″ cake
* Sweet Buttercream (http://youtu.be/D64OhiUe4f4)
– 1.2kg (2lb 10oz) made with butter
– 1kg (2lb 2oz) Dark Blue – Americolor Royal Blue (includes filling layers and smooth coat)
– 400g (14oz) Light Pink – Americolor Electric Pink
– 400g (14oz) Light Blue – Americolor Sky Blue
– 400g (14oz) Light Green – 3 parts Americolor Mint Green and 1 part Americolor Lemon Yellow
* 9″ round cake board cut into three
* Turntable
* 3 Piping bags
* couplers (optional)
* No. 21 Piping tip (Wilton)
* 20mm(13/16″), 40mm (1 5/8″), 60mm (2 3/8″) and 80mm (3 3/16″) Cookie cutters
* Sugar pearls, mini chocolate duds, or mini m&ms etc
* Small amount of yellow fondant (Americolor Lemon Yellow)
* Small star cookie cutter
* Tylose or CMC (for hardening the fondant)
* Cornflour/ cornstarch
* Small rolling pin
